1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dreamplay ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms apply to all use of the dreamplay website at dreamplay.vu, the dreamplay mobile application, and any related services or features offered by the Platform.

By creating an account on dreamplay, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full. These Terms should be read alongside dreamplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and dreamplay.

dreamplay is an online gaming platform offering slots, sports betting, eBingo, fish games, and related entertainment products. All services are intended for personal, recreational use only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a dreamplay account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dreamplay does not permit access to players under 21. Age verification may be required at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when using the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one dreamplay account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are discovered to belong to the same individual, dreamplay reserves the right to close all but one account and forfeit any balances held across duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a functioning email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings or contact support at [email protected].

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence) and may be asked to verify your registered payment method. This is a one-time process and is required for the security of your account and funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dreamplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). dreamplay does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers and Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Specific payment options available to your account are displayed on the Deposit page when you are logged in. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on dreamplay.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• dreamplay does not guarantee processing times for deposits as these depend on third-party payment providers. Any issues with deposit processing should be reported to support.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same account or method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be initiated. Withdrawals requested before KYC is complete will be held until verification is finalised.
• dreamplay reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures.

Any funds remaining in your dreamplay account that are connected to fraudulent, disputed, or improperly sourced transactions may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on dreamplay — including slot games, sports betting, eBingo, and fish games — are for personal entertainment only. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software designed to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Specific rules for individual game categories:

• Slot games: Outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. dreamplay does not influence or predict individual spin results.
• Sports betting: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting authority. dreamplay reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are disputed or where technical errors affected the offering.
• eBingo: Session rules, win patterns, and card pricing are displayed within each session room before purchase. Purchasing a card constitutes acceptance of the session rules.
• Fish games: Payouts are based on the values displayed within the game interface. Outcomes involve a random element and no strategy guarantees a return.

dreamplay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or void any game, bet, or session in the event of a technical malfunction, data error, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to players' accounts.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

dreamplay may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The specific terms — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and validity periods — will be communicated at the time each promotion is made available.

General rules that apply to all promotions on dreamplay:

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dreamplay login credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number or email.

• Do not share your password or account access with anyone else.
• Do not access dreamplay from shared or public devices where your credentials may be saved or observed by others.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In cases where closure is initiated at the player's request, or where no breach has occurred, remaining balances will be returned to the player subject to verification and standard withdrawal procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

dreamplay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent uptime and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreamplay shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Actions taken in good faith based on inaccurate information provided by the player

Nothing in these Terms limits dreamplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
